Genome of a novel phenui-like virus in Morus alba

SY_1.fq.gz and SY_1.fq.gz are transcriptome sequencing raw data files. SY_siRNA.fq.gz is the siRNA sequencing raw data file. trinity.Morus.Trinity.fasta is the Trinity assembly result. trinity.Morus.Trinity.re.fasta is the same as the Trinity assembly result except that we reoriented the novel virus genome segments, so all the segments are on their negative strand. trinity.nr.Morus is the DIAMOND BLASTX result Supplementary material.zip Includes the Ma phenui-like virus genome, Sanger sequencing data, and the host's matK gene.SY_1.fq.gz与SY_1.fq.gz为转录组测序（transcriptome sequencing）原始数据文件。 SY_siRNA.fq.gz为siRNA测序（siRNA sequencing）原始数据文件。 trinity.Morus.Trinity.fasta为Trinity组装结果。 trinity.Morus.Trinity.re.fasta与Trinity组装结果一致，仅对新型病毒基因组片段进行了重定向处理，因此所有片段均处于负链方向。 trinity.nr.Morus为DIAMOND BLASTX比对结果。 Supplementary material.zip（补充材料压缩包）包含Ma phenui样病毒基因组、Sanger测序（Sanger sequencing）数据以及宿主的matK基因（matK gene）。
