Sugarcane root rot is a soil-borne disease caused by fusarium sp. In recent years, with the rise of the concept of biological control, the method of using bacteria to antagonize pathogen to control diseases has attracted more and more attention. In this study, root and soil samples of healthy sugarcane, root rot diseased sugarcane and resistant sugarcane were collected, the damage characteristics of sugarcane root caused by root rot to sugarcane root were clarified. Through soil total DNA extraction, high-throughput sequencing and microbiome analysis, the influence of root rot on the rhizosphere soil microbial community structure of Dahuizhong and the difference between Dahuizhong and Datianxuezhe in rhizosphere soil microbial community structure were studied. Finally, seven strains of antagonistic bacteria were screened, their species were identified, and their antagonistic effect against Fusarium shared which caused sugarcane root rot was evaluated.

甘蔗根腐病是由镰孢菌属(Fusarium)病原菌引发的土传病害。近年来,随着生物防治理念的兴起,利用细菌拮抗病原菌以防控病害的方法受到了越来越多的关注。本研究采集了健康甘蔗、感染根腐病的甘蔗以及抗病甘蔗的根系与土壤样本,明确了甘蔗根腐病对甘蔗根系的危害特征。通过土壤总DNA提取、高通量测序及微生物组分析,探究了根腐病对大灰种(Dahuizhong)根际土壤微生物群落结构的影响,以及大灰种(Dahuizhong)与大田雪蔗(Datianxuezhe)二者根际土壤微生物群落结构的差异。最终筛选得到7株拮抗细菌,完成了其菌种鉴定,并评估了它们对引发甘蔗根腐病的镰孢菌属(Fusarium)病原菌的拮抗效果。
