This dataset contains raw experimental data from high-temperature tensile tests and high-temperature formability tests of ultra-high strength steel for hot gas bulging forming. This data provides theoretical support for studying the high-temperature deformation behavior and forming limit of ultra-high strength steel during the hot gas bulging forming process, thereby enabling the determination of subsequent hot gas bulging process specifications and forming parameters, ensuring complete filling and surface accuracy of formed workpieces, and achieving reasonable control over the quality of the formed parts.
