Differentially expressed genes were identified in neutrophils of 5 primary FM patients, when compared with controls. Differentially expressed genes were also identified in neutrophils of 2 primary FM patients at baseline and 12 weeks after tocilizumab treatment. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for blood neutrophils.

以健康对照为参照，在5例原发性纤维肌痛（Fibromyalgia, FM）患者的中性粒细胞中鉴定出差异表达基因。另有2例原发性纤维肌痛患者，分别在基线状态及接受托珠单抗（tocilizumab）治疗12周后采集的中性粒细胞样本中，检测到差异表达基因。实验整体设计：对血液中性粒细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据进行比较基因表达谱分析。
