Genome-wide analysis of human prostate epithelial cell lines

Human prostate epithelial cell line of 8 cases having different metastatics were examined, such as up- or down-regulated specific cellular functions. Total RNA obtained from human prostate epithelial cell line, Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip being used.

本研究针对8例具有不同转移特性的人前列腺上皮细胞系开展检测，分析其特异性细胞功能的上调与下调变化。实验从该细胞系中提取总RNA，采用Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 表达微珠芯片（Illumina HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip）完成检测。
