Data for: Prevalence and distribution of Babesia and Theileria species in roe deer from Spain

Supplementary data 1 (Supplementary data 1.xlsx). Supplementary sequence information of all individual samples from roe deer, including the intrinsic (age and sex) and extrinsic (hunting location) factors considered. Babesia and Theileria isolates were characterized at the 18S rRNA and ITS1 genes. For each isolate, the amplicon length and the closest matching sequences in GenBank are included. The GenBank number of unique partial sequences is also included.

补充数据1（Supplementary data 1.xlsx）。本文件收录所有狍子个体样本的补充序列信息，涵盖所纳入的内在因素（年龄与性别）及外在因素（狩猎地点）。本研究对巴贝斯虫（Babesia）与泰勒虫（Theileria）分离株基于18S rRNA基因及内转录间隔区1（ITS1）基因进行了分型鉴定。针对每一株分离株，本文件均收录了其扩增子长度以及在GenBank中匹配度最高的序列信息，同时收录了唯一部分序列的GenBank登录号。
