Data for: Simulating water turbidity in a macro-tidal coastal bay using machine learning approaches

The observed hourly time series are averaged in 94 tidal cycles from 2012-12-7 18:00 to 2013-1-24 23:00. This dataset contains the HW time of each tidal cycle, the averaged tidal range, the tidal averages of significant wave height, wave peak period, and turbidity, and the subset decided by data splitting. Details can be found in "3. Methods".

本数据集针对2012年12月7日18:00至2013年1月24日23:00时段内的94个潮汐周期（tidal cycle），对观测得到的逐小时时序序列进行了平均化处理。数据集包含各潮汐周期的高潮时刻（High Water, HW）、平均潮差（averaged tidal range）、有效波高（significant wave height）、波峰周期（wave peak period）及浊度（turbidity）的潮汐平均值，同时涵盖经数据划分（data splitting）得到的子集。详细信息可参见"3. 方法"章节。
