RNA-Seq for transcriptome analysis of germinal center B cells upon GSK3 inhibition

为探究糖原合成激酶3（GSK3）抑制作用下生发中心B细胞（germinal center B cells）的转录变化，本研究将诱导型生发中心B细胞（induced GC B cells）以GSK3抑制剂CHIR99021进行处理。通过三次生物学重复，对比经二甲基亚砜（DMSO）处理的对照组诱导型生发中心B细胞与CHIR99021处理组的mRNA表达谱，最终鉴定出407个差异表达基因。
