Single-cell data gene expression data set (5’Chromium 10X) of healthy paediatric volunteers, and paediatric and adult COVID-19 patients. Gene expression was determined from samples of nasal, tracheal and bronchial brushings and blood (PBMCs). In addition to gene expression, PBMC’s were assayed by CITE-seq. 本数据集为健康儿童志愿者、儿童及成人新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）患者的单细胞基因表达数据集，基于5’Chromium 10X平台生成。基因表达数据源自鼻腔、气管、支气管刷取样本以及外周血单个核细胞（PBMCs）。除基因表达检测外，研究还通过CITE-seq技术对外周血单个核细胞进行了检测。部分样本附带T细胞受体（TCR）与B细胞受体（BCR）的VDJ测序数据。该数据集隶属于欧洲基因组-表型档案（European Genome-phenome Archive, EGA），编号为EGAD00001007718。
