Images collected on a Zeiss LSM 710 confocal with a 10X 0.3 NA objective using 561 and 633 laser lines.
本次采集的图像均使用蔡司LSM 710型共聚焦显微镜完成，成像时采用10倍、0.3数值孔径（Numerical Aperture，NA）的物镜，并以561 nm与633 nm激光谱线作为激发光源。
