Brazil: online shopping penetration 2017-2020

Approximately 39 percent of internet users surveyed in Brazil between October 2019 and March 2020 said they had bought products and/or services online in the 12 months leading up to the survey. This is five percentage points higher than the penetration rate recorded a year earlier. Brazil's e-commerce sales revenue has been forecast to amount to 29.4 billion U.S. dollars in 2020.
