Transcriptome analysis of hepatopancreas of Procambarus krei in three different culture models

Procambarus clarkii is an important freshwater aquatic species in China, and there are three popular farming models currently the artificial feed finishing model (AF), the rice-crayfish coculture aquaculture model (RS), and the wild ecology model (WS). The transcriptome analysis of hepatopancreas of Procambarus clarkii in three different culture models was studied.

克氏原螯虾（Procambarus clarkii）是我国重要的淡水水产养殖物种，目前主流的养殖模式共三类，分别为人工饲料育肥模式（AF）、稻虾共养养殖模式（RS）与野生生态模式（WS）。本研究针对三种不同养殖模式下克氏原螯虾肝胰腺的转录组开展分析。
