CZU normal cropped dataset

The CZU dataset collected from the Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague (CZU) campus in 2022, includes 386 images of European beech (Fagus sylvatica L.), Large-leaved linden (Tilia platyphyllos), Norway Maple (Acer platanoides), and Scots pine (Pinus sylvaltica L.). The dataset comprises multiple angles of tree stems, with at least ten photographs taken per tree to capture the bark structure and patterns. In this dataset we removed the anomaly region from the images, kept the rest of the image in the original form, and named these datasets normal cropped.CZU数据集于2022年在布拉格捷克生命科学大学（Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague，简称CZU）校园内采集，共包含386张图像，涵盖欧洲山毛榉（Fagus sylvatica L.）、大叶椴（Tilia platyphyllos）、挪威槭（Acer platanoides）以及苏格兰松（Pinus sylvaltica L.）四类树种。该数据集包含多视角的树干图像，每棵树木至少拍摄10张照片，以完整记录树皮的结构与纹理特征。本数据集已移除图像中的异常区域，保留其余部分为原始形态，并将该处理后的数据集命名为normal cropped。
