Predicted distributions of oak species in the continental United States

Predicted distribution of oak species in the continental US based on EO-bioclimatic and biophysical covariates. This dataset includes the predicted species ecological niches (i.e., existing abiotically suitable conditions for the species or the biotically reduced niche) and the estimated species distributions. We modeled both the ecological niches and the distribution of 82 out of 91 oak species in the continental United States under a Bayesian framework.
