FDG_multiomics_in_HNSCC

In this study we combined whole exome sequencing and clinical 18F-FDG imaging data to identify novel therapeutic options for human papillomavirus (HPV)-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma in a minimally-invasive manner. The data provided here can aid further identification of novel association between genetic and imaging data.

本研究整合全外显子组测序（whole exome sequencing）与临床18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖（18F-FDG）影像数据，以微创手段为人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）阴性头颈部鳞状细胞癌挖掘新型治疗方案。本研究所提供的数据集可助力进一步探索遗传数据与影像数据之间的新型关联。
