数据集内容：测量高清晰度超高速脉冲相机的车辆检测时间精度误差，其定义为车辆出现的真实时刻与检测算法得出的时刻的差异，包括测试影像记录、测试原始记录数据、图表、测试报告。
数据来源：使用高清晰度超高速脉冲相机拍摄闪现测试平台中的闪现车辆、进行目标检测，并重构出闪现场景的图像。

Dataset Content: This dataset is utilized to measure the time accuracy error of vehicle detection using high-definition ultra-high-speed pulse cameras. The error is defined as the difference between the true occurrence time of a vehicle and the detection time output by the target detection algorithm. The dataset includes test video recordings, raw test record data, charts, and test reports.
Data Source: High-definition ultra-high-speed pulse cameras were employed to capture passing vehicles on the flash test platform, conduct target detection, and reconstruct images of the flash test scene.
