Manduca sexta tissue-specific RNAseq

We performed tissue-specific gene expression analysis in the hawkmoth Manduca sexta to identify gene sets exclusively expressed in either olfactory-related tissues or in e.g. salivary glands potentially related to the herbivores´ adaptation to host plants.

本研究针对烟草天蛾（Manduca sexta）开展组织特异性基因表达分析，旨在筛选仅在嗅觉相关组织，或是在诸如唾液腺等可能与该植食性昆虫对宿主植物的适应性相关的组织中特异性表达的基因集。
