This archive contains all the Multiple Sequence Alignments (MSA) and phylogenies (Newick format) realized for the study "Heterologous plastoquinone production using a newly identified O2-dependent cyanobacterial hydroxylase", submitted to The FEBS Journal.Authors' list: Morgane Roger-Margueritat, Margot Beltran, Juliette Schnoebelen, Laura Flandrin, Wafa Rezali, Eline Michel, Sophie S. Abby, Fabien PierrelFor the species tree (fig3) obtained by concatenation of 41 markers or COGs, the 41 COG alignements and the concatenated tree are available in this archive.For the tree with more than 1 iteration (figS1 and figS2), the tree are numbered in order of their appearance in the corresponding figure.
