真空冷冻干燥法；细菌呈短杆，多聚排列，革兰氏阴性菌，细菌生长繁殖过程中无芽孢出现，异养，细菌生长需要氧气，不需光照，细菌最佳生长温度在28度到30度。
Vacuum freeze-drying method. The bacteria are short-rod shaped and arranged in aggregates, belonging to Gram-negative bacteria. No spores are produced during their growth and reproduction. They are heterotrophic, require oxygen for growth, do not need light, and have an optimal growth temperature ranging from 28°C to 30°C.
