To investigate the altered gene expression levels in MSR1 knockout and wild type macrophages in co-cultured with BMSCs. Each group had a biological repeat (n=3). Results provide insight into the role of MSR1 in macrophages in a co-culture system.

本研究旨在探究与骨髓间充质干细胞（Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells, BMSCs）共培养的巨噬细胞中，巨噬细胞清道夫受体1（Macrophage Scavenger Receptor 1, MSR1）敲除型与野生型巨噬细胞的基因表达水平变化。每组设置3次生物学重复（n=3）。研究结果可为阐明MSR1在共培养体系巨噬细胞中的调控作用提供参考依据。
