An intestine-specific <i>Scd1 </i>knockout model was developed by crossing <i>Scd1</i>^{<em>fl/fl</em>}<i> </i>mice with mice expressing Cre recombinase under the control of the Villin promoter to study the specific role of intestinal SCD1 in intestinal and whole-body lipid metabolism. The intestinal structure and morphology was evaluated in these mice and SCD1 expression was visualized.

本研究通过将Scd1^fl/fl小鼠与携带绒毛蛋白（Villin）启动子调控的Cre重组酶（Cre recombinase）的小鼠进行杂交，成功构建了肠道特异性Scd1基因敲除模型，用以探究肠道SCD1在肠道及全身脂质代谢中的特异性作用。本研究对该模型小鼠的肠道结构与形态进行了评估，并对SCD1的表达进行了可视化检测。
