Data for paper "Variations of lower-limb joint kinematics associated with the use of different ankle joint models"

NOTE: data will be uploaded soon<br>This repository contains the data and models used to generate the results reported in the paper "Variations of lower-limb joint kinematics associated with the use of different ankle joint models".Ethical approval for the studies was obtained from the local ethical committees.<br>The 'Dataset' folder contains 3 folders: 1DOFAnkle, 2DOFAnkle, 3DOFAnkle, each associated to one of the three ankle modelling approaches described in the paper. Fifteen subfolders contain input motion data, opensim models, and inverse kinematics settings for each of the participants of the study (S1, ..., S15). <br>A .doc file containing all the additional results mentioned in the paper is made available as well.
