To further understand the molecular mechanisms in the development of gallbladder cancer, we employed this microarray to identify lncRNAs associated with gallbladder cancer. Overall design: 9 pairs of gallbladder cancer tissues and paired normal gallbladder tissues were collected after colecystectomy.
