Partial nitritation/anammox was integrated with enhanced biological phosphorus removal processes in a one-stage bioreactor treating mainstream municipal wastewater. 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing analysis was applied as a useful tool to reveal the functional communities dynamics at the genus level and in turn to demonstrate the feasibility of this novel process for intensive and efficient wastewater nutrient removal.
本研究采用单级生物反应器处理主流市政污水,将部分亚硝化-厌氧氨氧化(Partial nitritation/Anammox)工艺与强化生物除磷(Enhanced Biological Phosphorus Removal)工艺进行整合。研究以16S rRNA基因扩增子测序(16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing)分析作为有效手段,揭示了属水平上的功能菌群动态变化,进而验证了该新型工艺实现污水营养物高强度高效去除的可行性。
