DAP-seq was used to identify transcription factor binding sites for EgrMYB1 (Eucgr.G01774), EgrMYB2 (Eucgr.G03385), EgrMYB122 (Eucgr.J01601) and EgrMYB135 (Eucgr.K02297) transcription factors. Sequencing was carried out on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (PE150) platform (Novogene Inc., Sacramento, USA).
本研究采用DNA亲和纯化测序(DAP-seq)技术,鉴定转录因子EgrMYB1(Eucgr.G01774)、EgrMYB2(Eucgr.G03385)、EgrMYB122(Eucgr.J01601)及EgrMYB135(Eucgr.K02297)的结合位点。测序工作由美国萨克拉门托的诺禾致源公司(Novogene Inc.)在Illumina NovaSeq 6000(PE150)平台上完成。
