Polycarbonate particles with a molecular weight of 45000 were used in the experiment. The depolymerization reaction was carried out in a high-pressure reactor at 160 °C and nitrogen atmosphere for 8 hours. The depolymerization products were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS ).  The peak area of the depolymerization product was averaged three times, and the quality of the product was obtained by bringing in the standard curve of each product, and the Origin drawing was used.  The recovered BPA was detected by GC-MC and NMR instruments, and its purity was detected by comparison with commercial BPA.

本实验采用分子量为45000的聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate)颗粒作为实验材料。解聚反应于160℃、氮气氛围的高压反应釜中进行,反应时长为8小时。采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS)对解聚产物进行定性与定量分析:将解聚产物的峰面积重复三次实验后取平均值,通过代入各产物的标准曲线计算得到产物质量,并使用Origin绘图软件完成可视化作图。回收得到的双酚A(Bisphenol A, BPA)经GC-MC与核磁共振波谱仪(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, NMR)检测,其纯度通过与商业级双酚A对比进行测定。
