A genome-wide association studies of residual feed intake in Duroc pigs

A total of 982 Duroc pigs were examined for FCR and RFI traits. All individuals were genotyped using the Illumina PorcineSNP60K Beadchip. The GWAS was performed using linear mixed model.

本研究共对982头杜洛克猪的饲料转化率（Feed Conversion Ratio, FCR）与剩余采食量（Residual Feed Intake, RFI）性状进行了测定。所有试验个体均采用Illumina猪60K SNP基因分型芯片（Illumina PorcineSNP60K Beadchip）完成基因分型。随后采用线性混合模型（linear mixed model）开展全基因组关联分析（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）。
