Data Archive: Simulated physical properties of snow and ice over the Arctic Ocean

The dataset contains model outputs used for generating Figures and Tables in Kang et al. (2021). It consists of model-simulated physical properties of snow and ice over the Arctic Ocean for the period from 1 October to the following 31 March of the 2012–2018 period except for the 2015–2016 period. In this data set, the first two months (October and November) were considered to be related to the spin-up, and the remaining four months of data were used for the analysis. We provide the following two data sets and one description file. • Model-simulated products for the Arctic Ocean on a daily time scale at 25 km grid cells of the NSIDC Sea Ice Polar Stereographic North. • Model-simulated products along five CRREL IMB (i.e. 2012G, 2012H, 2013G, 2014F, and 2014I) trajectories at a three-hourly time scale.本数据集包含用于生成Kang等人(2021)研究中各类图表与表格的模型输出结果。本数据集涵盖2012–2018年（2015–2016年除外）10月1日至次年3月31日期间北冰洋海冰与积雪的模型模拟物理属性数据。本数据集中，前两个月（10月、11月）被视为自旋启动（spin-up）阶段，剩余四个月的数据用于后续分析。本次共提供两类数据集与一份说明文件： • 基于NSIDC海冰极射赤面投影北（NSIDC Sea Ice Polar Stereographic North）25公里网格单元构建的逐日尺度北冰洋模型模拟产品； • 沿5条CRREL冰质量平衡浮标（Ice Mass Balance, IMB）轨迹的逐3小时尺度模型模拟产品，对应轨迹编号分别为2012G、2012H、2013G、2014F及2014I。
