GNPS - Lipidomics of uninfected and parallel Golovinomyces orontii-infected Arabidopsis thaliana leaves at 12 days post inoculation

LC-MS/MS data were collected from uninfected and parallel Golovinomyces orontii MGH1- infected Arabidopsis thaliana leaf tissue (leaves 7-9) at 12 days post inoculation to understand the manipulation of host lipid metabolism by the powdery mildew.

为探究白粉菌对宿主脂质代谢的调控作用，本研究采集了接种后12天时的未感染组与同步接种Golovinomyces orontii MGH1菌株的拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）第7~9叶位叶片组织的液相色谱-串联质谱（LC-MS/MS）数据。
