Immunohistochemical reactivity of thyroid tumors.

ALCAM, activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule; PTC, papillary thyroid carcinoma;MTC, medullary thyroid carcinoma.CD56 and TTF-1 were negative in three out of four PTC cases. MTCs showed comparable positive immunostaining results for CD56 but were completely negative for TTF-1.

活化白细胞黏附分子（activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule, ALCAM）、乳头状甲状腺癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma, PTC）、甲状腺髓样癌（medullary thyroid carcinoma, MTC）。免疫组化检测显示，4例乳头状甲状腺癌（PTC）病例中有3例的分化簇56（CD56）与甲状腺转录因子1（Thyroid Transcription Factor-1, TTF-1）免疫组化结果呈阴性。甲状腺髓样癌（MTC）的分化簇56（CD56）免疫组化染色呈阳性结果，且阳性程度相当，但甲状腺转录因子1（TTF-1）免疫组化染色完全呈阴性。
