Supplementary Data I gives the complete list of MOTUs (with available taxonomy and DNA consensus) x Plot (with monthly samplings), Supplementary Data II gives the functional traits given per recovered Family, Supplementary Data III the geographic information on the sampled plots and Supplementary Data IV the tagged-primers used in this study.
