This project provides the annelid metagenome assembly of Magelona johnstoni. It contains the full unbinned assembly of Magelona johnstoni and associated organisms plus the MAGs and bins derived from this assembly. The assembly is provided as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https: //www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).
