Composition of the microbiome associated with strawberries

Strawberries were subsampled for genomic DNA extraction. The amount of biomass utilized for extraction was 1 g on average. The extraction was done with the DNeasy Power Soil Kit (Qiagen, Germany). The V4 region of bacterial and archaeal 16S rRNA gene was PCR-amplified with primers 520F (5-AYTGGGYDTAAAGNG-3) and 799R (CAGGGTATCTAATCCTGTT).

对草莓样本进行亚取样，用于基因组DNA提取。本次提取所用的生物量平均为1克。提取过程采用DNeasy Power Soil试剂盒（Qiagen，德国）完成。以引物520F（序列：5'-AYTGGGYDTAAAGNG-3'）与799R（序列：CAGGGTATCTAATCCTGTT）对细菌及古菌的16S rRNA基因V4区域进行PCR扩增。
