Predictions to Benchmark AlphaFold2 for Small Linear Motifs (SLiM) prediction - PART5/5

AlphaFold2 models from the publication entitled "A simple workflow to identify novel Small Linear Motif (SLiM)-mediated interactions with AlphaFold". ! This is the part5/5. You need all five parts in the same folder for proper unzip. If you are Windows or Mac users, you will need unziping app such as "7zip" or "The unarchiver" respectively. You should unzip the .zip file with .z0i present within the same location. This archive includes AlphaFold2 Multimer v3 predictions for the 242 SLiM-partner from ELM_dataset and noPDB_dataset. Each prediction is separated in a unique folder. Each folder contains five .pdb structures and their associated .json score files, as well as the .a3m multiple sequence alignment file.
