Indian Dried Red Chillies: A Curated Image Dataset

The Indian Dried Red Chillies dataset contains 1102 high-resolution images of five popular Indian dried red chilli varieties—Kashmiri, Byadgi, Guntur, Lavangi, and Sankeshwari—captured using 50 MP smartphone cameras under natural daylight with plain white backgrounds.
