Study of two different vinblastine dosages for treatment of mast cell tumor in dogs

Study of two different vinblastine dosages for treatment of mast cell tumor in dogs. Dogs were divided into two groups: Experimental Group (EG) and Control Group (CG). We selected 23 dogs that received a dose of 3 mg/m² VBL (experimental group) and 32 that received a dose of 2 mg/m² VBL (control group).

本研究旨在探究两种不同剂量长春碱（vinblastine, VBL）用于治疗犬肥大细胞瘤（mast cell tumor）的效果。将受试犬分为两组：实验组（Experimental Group, EG）与对照组（Control Group, CG）。本研究纳入23只接受3 mg/m² VBL给药方案的受试犬作为实验组，以及32只接受2 mg/m² VBL给药方案的受试犬作为对照组。
