NH4+ oxidation rates in the oligotrophic Atlantic Ocean using 15N isotope dilution methods during the AMT programme cruise AMT19 (JC039).

Ammonium oxidation rate data measured at three depths within the photic zone of the oligotrophic Atlantic Ocean. Rate measurements were made using 15-N isotope dilution techniques. Samples for the analysis of isotopic enrichment were taken during short deck incubations at sea and analysed by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry at the land based laboratory.
