双色高粱（Sorghum bicolor）基因表达谱分析。实验所用叶片组织样本采集自人工气候箱培养的植株：植株先接受24小时长日照条件培养（14小时光照、10小时黑暗），随后于恒定20℃条件下转为持续光照，在此期间每3小时采集一次样本。
