Morel Atlas of the Human Thalamus (MNI152 space, voxelized version)

This is the Morel Atlas of the Human Thalamus, transformed into the MNI152 neuroanatomical space. A statistical shape model based alignment, described in Jakab et al. (2012), was used to transform the atlas based on manually drawn thalamus outlines of the T1-weighted image template of the MNI152 space. The thalamic nomenclature is based on the work of Anne Morel (2007, CRC Press). 

The anatomical label map images are saved in .nii.gz (NIFTI) format in the same anatomical space as the T1 MNI152 template in both 1mm and 0.5mm resolutions.

本数据集为莫莱尔人脑丘脑图谱（Morel Atlas of the Human Thalamus），已转换至MNI152神经解剖空间。本数据集采用基于统计形状模型的配准方法（详见Jakab等人2012年的研究），以MNI152空间的T1加权图像模板为基准，结合手动勾勒的丘脑轮廓对原图谱进行转换。丘脑的命名体系基于Anne Morel于2007年由CRC出版社出版的相关研究成果。

解剖标签图以.nii.gz（NIFTI）格式存储，与T1 MNI152模板处于同一解剖空间，分辨率涵盖1mm与0.5mm两种规格。
