This article analyzes the role of quasi-communication and suggestive speech in enhancing the professional competence of future educators, as well as the mechanisms and pedagogical conditions for their development. During the research, an improved model was developed based on interactive methods, psycho-pedagogical approaches, and communicative technologies. The results showed that sessions based on quasi-communication and methods for developing suggestive speech significantly increase the rhetorical impact of educators and their ability to communicate effectively with children.

本文分析了准交际(quasi-communication)与暗示性言语(suggestive speech)在提升未来教育工作者专业能力中的作用,以及二者的发展机制与教育学条件。本研究基于互动教学法、心理教育学方法(psycho-pedagogical approaches)与交际技术(communicative technologies)构建了改进型模型。研究结果表明,基于准交际与暗示性言语培养方法开展的教学活动,可显著提升教育工作者的修辞影响力(rhetorical impact)以及与儿童有效沟通的能力。
