Gut microbiome associations with clinical outcomes of CD19-targeted CAR-T cell immunotherapy. CARTGutMicrobiome

In order to discover and validate associations between the gut microbiome and the clinical outcomes of CD19-targeted CAR-T cell immunotherapy, we performed an international, multi-center cross-sectional clinical study. Stool samples of patients were collected before and over the course of CAR-T cell therapy, and the associations of the gut microbiome with therapy responses and the occurrence of immune-related side effects were analyzed.

为探索并验证肠道微生物组（gut microbiome）与CD19靶向嵌合抗原受体T细胞（CAR-T）免疫疗法临床结局之间的关联，本研究开展了一项国际多中心横断面临床研究。我们收集了患者在CAR-T细胞治疗前及治疗全程的粪便样本，分析肠道微生物组与治疗应答以及免疫相关不良反应发生情况的关联。
