In this study, we utilized RNA-Seq technology to analyze the expression profiles of G. hirsutum maintainer lines, CMS lines, and restorer lines to investigate differences in gene expression at the whole-genome level. Aim to identify functional genes related to anther sterility and fertility restoration. The results provides a foundation for understanding the molecular mechanisms of the G. harknessii CMS system, and will serve as a theoretical basis for breeding improved cotton using CMS and restorer lines.

本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-Seq)技术,对陆地棉(G. hirsutum)的保持系、细胞质雄性不育系(CMS)与恢复系的基因表达谱进行分析,以在全基因组水平上探究基因表达差异。本研究旨在鉴定与花药不育及育性恢复相关的功能基因。研究结果可为解析哈克尼西棉(G. harknessii)细胞质雄性不育系统的分子机制奠定基础,并为利用细胞质雄性不育系和恢复系选育优良棉花品种提供理论依据。
