R analysis scripts and processed pipeline outputs for Lukaszewicz et al. 2026 "Precision of Hi-C-based metagenome-assembled genome reconstruction across binning pipelines." Includes scripts for data preparation, Jaccard dissimilarity calculations, and figure generation. Also includes contig-to-bin assignment files (bin name, contig name, contig length) and CheckM quality assessment reports (completeness, contamination, genome size per bin) produced by ProxiMeta, Bin3C (v0.1.1), and MetaTOR (v1.1.5) across five Hi-C library replicates (E_15_1, E_15_2, E_15_3A, E_15_3B, E_15_3C) of a wastewater effluent sample collected 15 November 2018 at the Moscow wastewater treatment plant, Idaho, USA.
本数据集包含针对Lukaszewicz等人2026年发表的《基于Hi-C的宏基因组组装基因组分箱流程的重建精度》一文所使用的R语言分析脚本与经处理的流程输出结果。涵盖数据预处理、Jaccard相异度计算及图表生成相关脚本。此外还包含重叠群-分箱(contig-to-bin)分配文件(包含分箱名称、重叠群名称、重叠群长度),以及由ProxiMeta、Bin3C(v0.1.1)和MetaTOR(v1.1.5)三款分箱工具,针对5组Hi-C文库重复样本(E_15_1、E_15_2、E_15_3A、E_15_3B、E_15_3C)生成的CheckM质量评估报告,报告包含各分箱的完整度、污染率与基因组大小。上述重复样本取自2018年11月15日采集自美国爱达荷州莫斯科污水处理厂的污水出水样本。
