Contains a single MAP (maximum a-posterior probability) species tree (phylogeny) of each genus for which ploidy inference results are available. Trees are provided as text files in Newick format with branch lengths information.

本数据集收录了所有可获取倍性推断（ploidy inference）结果的属对应的单棵最大后验概率（maximum a-posterior probability, MAP）物种树（又称系统发育树，phylogeny）。所有树均以带有分支长度（branch lengths）信息的Newick格式（Newick format）文本文件形式提供。
