Transcriptome analysis of Aspergillus fumigatus in the presence of sugarcane bagasse

A. fumigatus was cultivated in the presence of fructose or SEB. Characterization of the transcriptome by RNAseq technology helped to identify genes that participated in the degradation of the biomass demonstrating potential application in the process of enzymatic hydrolysis.烟曲霉（A. fumigatus）于添加果糖或SEB的培养基中培养。通过RNAseq技术对其转录组开展特征分析，成功鉴定出参与生物质降解的基因，此类基因在酶解工艺中具有潜在应用价值。
