比较不同尺寸SiO2淀粉膜的性能。考察添加SiO2后淀粉发泡材料的性能，确定全淀粉发泡材料生产过程中的合适水分范围和生产工艺条件，本数据集各水分含量下全淀粉发泡材料的外观形态、内部结构和力学性能的数据，能够为日后工业生产提供指导，具有现实意义。
This dataset compares the performance of starch films incorporated with SiO₂ of varying sizes. It examines the properties of starch-based foaming materials after the addition of SiO₂, and determines the appropriate moisture range and production process conditions for the manufacturing of fully starch-based foaming materials. The data regarding the appearance morphology, internal microstructure and mechanical properties of fully starch-based foaming materials at various moisture content levels included in this dataset can provide guidance for future industrial production, thus holding significant practical value.
