使用微立柱阵列结构等效粗糙基底,验证了液滴在粗糙结构上的3种不同的润湿模式。分析了粗糙表面上空气的受压行为,阐述了粗糙结构对卷气现象的抑制机理,研究了粗糙结构对熔融液滴铺展及振荡行为的影响。提出了具有交替润湿性的粗糙结构,可实现凝固液滴底面形貌的人为调控。
Using a micro-pillar array structure as an equivalent rough substrate, we verified three distinct wetting modes of droplets on rough structures. We analyzed the compressive behavior of air entrapped on rough surfaces, and elaborated the suppression mechanism of rough structures against the air entrainment phenomenon. We also investigated the effects of rough structures on the spreading and oscillatory behaviors of molten droplets. Furthermore, we proposed rough structures with alternating wettability, which enable the artificial regulation of the bottom surface morphology of solidified droplets.
