固态断路器高价值专利数据,采集自公司自建专题数据库的发明专利和实用新型数据,对专利数据进行人工标引、评价打分、综合量化。有助于领域内的创新主体快速获得该领域内的高价值专利信息,加快对固态断路器领域核心技术检索效率,同时基于检索结果,企业可以结合专利具体信息深入分析,例如:按年份申请量分析发展趋势、按专利综合价值分析技术创新能力或水平差异,引导企业自身研发方向,避免重复研发及专利纠纷产生。数据基于AHP层次分析法,采用定量与定性相结合的分析方法,从专利价值度法出发,将专利价值指标体系分为技术价值、法律价值、经济价值3项指标; 技术价值指标由专利类型、同族专利数、引证数、技术先进性、技术可替代性等进行归一化处理得到,发明专利得分高于实用新型,同族、引证数越多分数越高,技术先进性、技术可替代性等由领域内技术人员进行评价打分,技术先进性越高分数越高,技术可替代性越低,分数越高; 法律价值指标由独立权利要求数量、权项数、专利稳定性、专利可规避性等进行归一化处理得到,独立权利要求数量、权项数越多分数越高,专利稳定性、专利可规避性由公司专利工程师进行人工评估打分,专利稳定性越强分数越高,专利可替代性越低分数越高; 经济价值指标由转让、许可、质押融资、市场规模等进行归一化处理得到,转让、许可、质押融资次数越多,金额越高,分数越高,市场规模由公司市场人员进行评估打分,规模越大分数越高; 根据以上指标建立3个维度的矩阵,分别利用层次分析法进行量化评估,得到综合评分,满分100分;最后,采用公式专利综合价值=α×技术价值+β×法律价值+γ×经济价值,α,β,γ为权重,且α=0.5,β=0.3,γ=0.2,据此所计算的专利综合价值越高代表专利的价值就越高,专利综合价值大于60为高价值专利。
High-value patent dataset for solid-state circuit breakers: The dataset is collected from invention patents and utility model patents stored in the company's self-built thematic database. Manual indexing, evaluation scoring and comprehensive quantification are performed on the collected patent data. This resource enables innovation stakeholders in the field to rapidly acquire high-value patent information, and effectively improves the efficiency of core technology retrieval in the solid-state circuit breaker domain. Based on the retrieved results, enterprises can conduct in-depth analysis by leveraging specific patent information, including: analyzing development trends via annual application volume, evaluating technological innovation capabilities or level differences based on comprehensive patent value, guiding enterprises' independent R&D directions, and avoiding redundant R&D and patent disputes.
The evaluation framework is built on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), adopting a mixed analytical approach combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Derived from the patent value assessment methodology, the patent value index system is categorized into three core dimensions: technical value, legal value and economic value.
Technical Value Indicator: Calculated through normalization of multiple sub-indicators, including patent type, number of patent family members, citation count, technical advancement and technical substitutability. Invention patents generally achieve higher scores than utility model patents. A greater number of patent family members and citations correspond to higher scores. Technical advancement and technical substitutability are evaluated and scored by domain technical personnel: higher technical advancement leads to a higher score, while lower technical substitutability results in a higher score.
Legal Value Indicator: Calculated through normalization of sub-indicators including the number of independent claims, total claim count, patent stability and patent avoidability. More independent claims and total claims lead to higher scores. Patent stability and patent avoidability are manually assessed and scored by the company's patent engineers: stronger patent stability corresponds to a higher score, while lower patent avoidability results in a higher score.
Economic Value Indicator: Calculated through normalization of sub-indicators including transfer transactions, licensing activities, pledge financing times and market size. More frequent transfer, licensing and pledge financing activities, as well as higher corresponding amounts, lead to higher scores. Market size is evaluated and scored by the company's marketing personnel: a larger market size corresponds to a higher score.
A three-dimensional matrix is established based on the aforementioned indicators, and quantified evaluation is conducted via the Analytic Hierarchy Process to obtain a comprehensive score with a full score of 100. Finally, the comprehensive patent value is calculated using the formula:
Comprehensive Patent Value = α×Technical Value + β×Legal Value + γ×Economic Value
where α, β and γ are fixed weights, with α=0.5, β=0.3 and γ=0.2. The higher the calculated comprehensive patent value, the greater the patent's overall value. Patents with a comprehensive patent value greater than 60 are defined as high-value patents.
