WGBS of 169 ddm1-derived epiRILs

169 ddm1-derived epigenetic recombinant inbred lines (epiRILs) were obtained from the Versailles Arabidopsis Stock center of INRA (http://publiclines.versailles.inra.fr/) and they were propagated in a fully automatic phenotyping facility for small plants at the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK). Whole Genome Bisulphite Sequencing was performed at the Beijing Genome Institute. 169 ddm1-derived epiRILs

本研究使用的169份ddm1来源的表观遗传重组自交系（epigenetic recombinant inbred lines, epiRILs）取自法国国家农业研究院（INRA）凡尔赛拟南芥种质资源中心（http://publiclines.versailles.inra.fr/），并在莱布尼茨植物遗传与作物植物研究所（IPK）的小型植物全自动表型分析设施中完成扩繁。全基因组亚硫酸氢盐测序工作由北京基因组研究所承担。169份ddm1来源的表观遗传重组自交系。
