激光雷达为主动式遥测系统,主要由激光发射单元、信号接收单元和数据采集单元三个部分组成。其工作模式是主动发射激光进入大气,通过望远镜接收与大气相互作用的后向散射回波信号,高空荧光散射探测范围为80km到110km。本数据集为海南上空荧光散射光子计数,可用于反演大气的钠层密度,并为认识中高层大气的光化学、动力过程,研究热层、电离层和中层大气的耦合过程以及日地系统的耦合机制探索等研究提供重要支持。
Lidar is an active remote sensing system primarily composed of three core components: a laser transmitting unit, a signal receiving unit, and a data acquisition unit. Its operational principle involves actively emitting laser beams into the atmosphere, and receiving backscattered echo signals that interact with the atmosphere via a telescope. The detection range for high-altitude fluorescence scattering spans from 80 km to 110 km. This dataset contains photon counting data of fluorescence scattering over Hainan. It can be used to invert the atmospheric sodium layer density, and provides critical support for studies such as understanding the photochemical and dynamic processes of the middle and upper atmosphere, investigating the coupling processes among the thermosphere, ionosphere and mesosphere, and exploring the coupling mechanisms of the Sun-Earth system.
